Explore DC STREET DANCE AND CULTURE! We invite students 8 and up to experience the rich DC cultural styles that have impacted the world.
Classes will include Street Fusion, Beat Ya Feet, DC Pom(Band Dance), and Bucket Percussion on Saturdays from 1-5 pm.
Each class focuses on a different aspect of DC Street Dance and Culture and will be taught by experienced instructors. At the end of the Spring session, students will participate in a culminating performance.
Collaborating with the world-famous Beat Ya Feet Academy and other DC artists, this “beyond the class” program will note the contributions and history of DC’s own GoGo music and dancers. We will train, share knowledge, and inspire the next dance generation. Don’t miss it!! Winter registration is open now and Spring registration opens February 1st!
