How do you know if this workshop is right for you/your teenager?
Have you ever become so overjoyed that you couldn’t help but jump around? Have you ever become too angry to control yourself? Have you ever felt sad, down, or so stuck that you could not move? We experience different emotions each and every day, which makes our lives interesting. Sometimes however, we feel out of control and overwhelmed by them. Participants will identify their unique feelings/energy through dynamic exercises and a greater trust of self and others will be gained.
If you or someone you know would benefit from this workshop, please send them this link. It’s FREE!
