Yes, it’s true. Joy of Motion can be your dance, fitness, AND conditioning home base! Whether you are looking to supplement your dance training or seeking a daily fitness fix in a supportive, upbeat environment, we have some awesome choices for you.
We refer to our fitness-style classes as “Dancer Conditioning,” but you don’t need to be a trained dancer to enjoy and benefit from them (although that’s certainly a plus too). Plenty of adult students take exclusively barre or Zumba classes with us, and they’d would be glad to have you join them.
So why come try out Dancer Conditioning classes?
- We do our best to keep fitness affordable! Snag a 5-pack and take five classes for just $18/each. (We also have a $14 rate for students, seniors, and military.)
- Let’s say you’re not quite feeling a technique class. Dancer Conditioning is such a good way to get comfortable in the studio and have a rocking workout — but not worry about picking up choreography!
- Making time to stretch, strengthen, or tone is an awesome way to supplement your dance training. Plus we have low-impact options if you’re coming back from an injury. (Be sure to tell your instructor!)
