Joy of Motion Dance Project
Joy of Motion Dance Center presents a night of new works by local choreographers Alan Arnett,
Ann Behrends, Mandi Davidson, CJ Holm, Tommy Parlon, Kim Tapper and a special showing of David Parsons Etude, staged by Elisa Clark. Providing an opportunity for developing dance artists to present their works for the first time, the Joy of Motion Dance Project is an opportunity for audiences to see what is new and happening here in our D.C. community. Joy of Motion Jazz Festival 
An evening of jazz dance works and music featuring: Douglas Yeuell and JazzDanz/dc, Tyrone Murray, Sarah Stoodley, Lisa Dinges, Ann Behrends, Vanessa Carmichael Elder and DanceFusion Jazz Project.  And a special musical performance by Vincent Williams and Bonita Cacho of Cachita.

Expansion Dance Project
Expansion Dance Project (EDP), a hip-hop dance company, presents an evening of new dances by company directors Juliana Calderon, Alana Hill, Patrick Sandoval, and for the first time showcases work by company members.  In their second annual full-length show, EDP continues its motto of displaying the energy and excitement of hip-hop dance, while exposing the audience to its many facets.  For more information or to purchase tickets, please visit www.expansiondanceproject.com

Reflections
Independent choreographer Amanda Kinzer presents original modern dance works by herself and guest choreographers Heidi Echols Godfrey, Sarah Miller and Camille de Santis at the Jack Guidone Theatre at Joy of Motion Dance Center in Friendship Heights.  The various dances explore relationships, self-worth, and the overwhelming nature of modern life.
