Lee Schneider

Lee was born in Johannesburg, South Africa. She began ballet at the age of 5, and started flamenco at age 11 with a member 
of Jose Greco's company. She immigrated to the United States in 1979 where she continued taking flamenco with Rogelio 
Rodriguez in Houston, Texas. IN 1986, she joined his company and in 1995, became a member of his flamenco faculty, 
teaching there until 2003 when she moved to the D.C. area.
