. For two years, Ms. Schimpf has served on the board of the Capital Region
Educators of Dance Organization, the Metro/DC Dance Awards committee, and D.C.
Commission on the Arts and Humanities Teacher mini-grant panel. During
2007-2008, Ms. Schimpf served on the steering committee for the D.C. Public
School Dance Standards. For the past eight years she has taught throughout the
D.C. at Joy of Motion Dance Center,

Havlik and the White Oak Dance Project. Her choreography has been presented at
