CLASS
LEVELS
Class levels are a general guideline.
Intro: For students with no dance experience in any discipline.
Basics: For students with no experience in that dance discipline
Beginning 1 (Beg. I): For students with little to no training. Class incorporates basic dance vocabulary, placement and movement in a specific technique. Excellent for students returning to dance after an extended absences.
Beginning 2 (Beg. II): For students with at least six months of training in one or more disciplines.
Low Intermediate (Low Int.): For students with at least one year of training in one or more disciplines. Emphasizes greater development of techniques.
Intermediate (Int.): For students with at least one to two years of training. Faster paced, more challenging combinations and strengthening of skills, including jumps and turns.
Advanced (Adv.): For skilled dancers, classes emphasize complex combinations and mastering of dance as an art form.
