Groupon redemption instructions

Current Joy of Motion Students
Have you already taken a class at Joy of Motion and have a Mindbody account? Please e-mail the following information to info@joyofmotion.org:
1. Groupon purchaser name
2. Voucher/certificate number

3. First and Last name listed on your Mindbody account name.

4. Which class you wish to register for including day/time/location (ex: Intro to Salsa session 1, Monday 9:00 p.m. Friendship Heights)

5. Indicate if you are leader/follower (typically this would be man/woman)

We will register you for your class in the order the e-mails are received. You will receive an auto-confirmation once the registration has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Please allow 3-5 business days for a response. Phone activations are not accepted. The deadline to register for Session One (January 2 - February 12, 2012) is 12/27/11. The deadline to register for Session Two (February 13 - March 25, 2012) is 2/6/12.

New Joy of Motion Students

Are you new to Joy of Motion and do not have a Mindbody account? Please follow these steps:

Create a username and profile

Step 2: Once your online account has been set up, please e-mail the following information to info@joyofmotion.org:

1. Groupon purchaser name

Rewards Program

Getting "Rewards" is easy. Refer new students and have them mention your name at the front desk when making a qualifying purchase and we will add 5 Rewards points to your account valued at $5. Click here for more information.

Drop-In

Drop-in classes occur the same time and day each week. Students may take a class at their skill level at any time. Students can choose to pay by the class or can purchase a drop-in discount package. Joy of Motion Dance Center (JOMDC) offers over 150 drop-in classes weekly.

Drop-In Class Fee $17/class
Students/Seniors/Professional Artists with valid ID Fee $12/class (discount is available only in studio locations)

Enrollment

Enrollment classes have a set curriculum that progresses throughout the term of the class. Class beginning and ending dates vary. For more information, click the following links: Adult Enrollment Classes, Studio to Stage Performance Classes and Social Dance Program.

Workshops & Master Classes

Workshops and master classes by faculty and guest artists are offered to supplement the regular schedule of classes. They are in-depth studies of a particular dance style or concept. Workshop beginning and ending dates vary. Workshops help students improve specific skills and master classes give students a chance to study and learn with some of the industry’s leading talents.

Tuition and Payment Policies

Payment can be made with cash, personal checks, VISA, MasterCard & American Express.
Payment for classes must be made prior to entering the studio.
Class purchases are valid through the expiration date.
All sales are final and are not refundable or transferable.
There is a $35.00 fee for returned checks.
Enrollment classes missed must be made up within the same session as purchased.
