Jazzdanz/dc Mission Statement:
Founded in 1997 by Artistic Director, Douglas Yeuell, Jazzdanz/dc is a jazz dance performance company dedicated to creating dynamic and innovative jazz dances that explore all that is jazz in movement and sound. Receiving critical acclaim for its energetic and enthusiastic performances, the company has performed at numerous venues to include: the Jack Guidone Theater at Joy of Motion Dance Center, DancePlace, Rockville Civic Center Theater, The Catholic University of America, Gunston Arts Center, and Richmond’s Grace Street Theater.

Jazzdanz/dc is a Resident Company of Joy of Motion Dance Center.
