Contact Improvisation is a duet dance form often described as an art/sport that involves following a single point of contact as you share weight, lift and roll with a partner. The dance is sometimes very athletic and sometimes slow and meditative. In this workshop the fundamentals of contact improvisation will be introduced with a focus on exploration and experiential learning. Perfect for those who have never done contact improvisation before or for experienced contactors who want to revisit the fundamentals.
